Index Fixer ("we", "us", or "our") is a Shopify app developed by Anubis Software Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
When you install Index Fixer, we collect and store the following information:
Shopify store data: Your store domain, shop name, and the OAuth access token required to operate the app within your Shopify admin.
Google Search Console data: With your explicit authorisation, we access your Google Search Console data to retrieve page indexing status for your store's URLs. We store this data in our database to provide indexing analysis and issue detection.
Page data: URLs from your store's sitemap and internal pages, along with their indexing status as reported by Google.
We use the information we collect solely to provide the Index Fixer service, including:
Scanning your store's pages against Google Search Console to identify indexing issues, generating fix recommendations, tracking your store's health score over time, and providing step-by-step guidance to improve your search visibility.
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.
Index Fixer uses Google OAuth to access your Google Search Console data. We request read-only access to your Search Console properties. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your Google account within the app, or by visiting your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. When you uninstall Index Fixer, your shop data including page data, issues, and Google tokens are deleted from our systems within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at support@indexfixer.store.
Index Fixer accesses the following Shopify data: store domain, OAuth session tokens, and product/page content for the purposes of indexing analysis. We process this data in accordance with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement.
